Easter Dresses

With Easter coming up tomorrow, I wanted to make a post with some of my favorite dresses.

Lilly, Kate Spade and J.Crew have some dresses that would be perfect for any Easter celebration. My personal favorite is the Nina (second from the left) in Pretty Pink Tootie. The scallop bottom is to die for! Throw on a cardigan if you're going to mass, or a pretty corsage for Easter brunch and you'll be sure to brighten the room. I love all of the pretty colors!

College Prepster Giveaway

College Prepster is one of my favorite blogs and my personal inspiration for starting my own. I love the way she writes and the content is always really cute and useful. This morning she announced a giveaway for a Lemon & Line bracelet and Tipsy Skipper clutch. They're worth $110 together, definitely a great win.

The Month of Aries

Lilly introduced an adorable new print this spring called Written In The Stars, featuring horoscopes for the different star signs!

 

So fun! When I was interning last summer, before I sat down at my desk my morning routine consisted of chatting with the sweet old receptionist, getting a nice big cup of coffee, and checking my horoscope. I was always surprised with how accurate it actually was. When it told me I would have a 5 star day I usually did. I'm not a particularly superstitious person, but descriptions of an Aries seemed to describe me perfectly too. Aries are known to be energetic, fiery, determined, and impatient. All perfect representation of my personality, both good and bad! I've also noticed these characteristics in other Aries' as well, so the stars must be true, right?! Either way, I was totally excited when Lilly posted a 5x5 of the ram:

I'm a huge fan of their 5x5s, they're always so cute. Anyway, I really like Lilly's new line. A new print is released for each sign, making for great personal gifts. And it gives us all something to look forward to, what could be better?

After enduring a very cold and snowy winter in southern Ohio, I am more than excited that the weather is finally starting to warm up (we're talking 50s... really not all that warm). However, the sun is shining and the snow is melting so I really can't complain. With all my free time over spring break and a guaranteed job this summer, I've been doing a little online "browsing." All the pretty pastel colors have really gotten me excited for the spring!

Here are some things that I've been absolutely loving.

Lots of sea green, light blue, and soft pinks from J.Crew make me a little more hopeful that nicer days are ahead. Plus how cute are those herring bone shorts? Dying.
